Now semi-retired, Mary Pacini, CPM, REALTOR^®  is a majority Shareholder and former President of Chancellor Properties, Inc., having served in the property management and real estate industry for over 45 years. Mary is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, previously serving as the Broker of Record for Chancellor Properties, Inc. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation as presented by IREM. During her career, she served as President of the PAA-East Executive Board and as President of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association.  Mary also served on the National Apartment Association Board of Directors as a NAA Regional Vice President, and a member of the Board of Directors of the NAA Education Institute.  Mary was Chair of the PAA Education Committee for 12 years and a member of the committee for 20 yrs. Though no longer teaching, she was a certified instructor for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and the National Apartment Association, teaching various property management courses and real estate continuing education seminars.  Mary was active in sales and listings for commercial properties and residential homes in PA and NJ.  She is a member of GPAR, IREM and NEXUS.

Christy Williams, CPM, REALTOR^®  assumed the role of President and Broker of Record of Chancellor Properties, Inc., effective June, 2021.  Christy has been employed with the organization since 2005 and has been a shareholder since 2016.  She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a CPM designation as presented by IREM.   Christy’s educational background and applied experience of over 25 years provides her with a comprehensive knowledge of the property management and real estate industry. Though specializing in condominium and homeowner association management, she has extensive experience in apartment management.  Christy’s background includes construction projects for condominium conversions, office to apartment conversions and supervision of lease up for completed projects as well as daily operations and financial stability of the properties.  She previously served on the Manager’s Committee for the Community Association Institute.  Christy is active in residential sales in PA and NJ and is a member of CAI, IREM, GPAR and NEXUS.
